Experience
Water
Provided contract administration services and commercial advice(s) for a confidential stevedores port redevelopment project, including early works services, geotechnical and cadastral mapping work scopes.
Transport
Lead the Fiji Delivery Authority for its bridge and road upgrade portfolio packages for structural upgrade projects spanning varying islands, acting as lead contracts administrator for individual projects up to to $50m, and a portfolio in excess of $400m.
Major road projects
Provided project and commercial administration services and advice for several major road projects including, in Queensland, Kingsford Smith Drive Upgrade, Brisbane Metro, Legacy Way Tunnel, Western Freeway Upgrade, Toowoomba Second Range Crossing, Hale Street Link and several Bruce Highway Upgrade Projects, and the Pacific Highway, Northern Road Upgrade, and Northconnex in NSW.
Water and waste water treatment plants
Contract managed the Kenya and Northern Water Treatment Plants (totalling $1.4b) for QGC in Queensland as part of the $15b QCLNG project.
Airports
Provided contract administration services and commercial advice(s) for development, expansion and renovation projects both in Australia in Brisbane, Coolangatta, Wellcamp, Western Sydney, and Internationally at Heathrow Airport.
London 2012 Olympics
Provided contract administration services on the London 2012 Olympic Delivery Authority for the Central Park and Athletes Village projects (totalling $185mAU) including bridge, road, rail and building infrastructure.
