Provided cost advice for several major transport projects including, in Queensland, Brisbane Metro, Capricorn Highway, Cunningham and Mt Lindesay Highways, Western Freeway Upgrade, Toowoomba Second Range Crossing, several Bruce Highway Upgrade Projects, including the Port Connect toll road. In New South Wales, we have provided cost management services on the Pacific Highway, Northern Road Upgrade, Westconnex and Northconnex.
For the Fiji Delivery Authority, cost managed its bridge and road upgrade portfolio packages for structural upgrade projects spanning varying islands, acting as lead contracts administrator for individual projects up to to $50m, and a portfolio in excess of $400m.
Led infrastructure upgrades, enhancements of new capital works projects in both project and program management functions, requiring daily management of cost, independent evaluations, trends and analysis reporting for program, portfolio to CEO and board levels, for airports including Brisbane, Coolangatta, Wellcamp, Western Sydney and Heathrow Airports.
Natural Disaster Relief
Oversaw the commercial development of significant disaster reconstruction commercial estimates for DTMR reconstruction proposals and projects, and also cost management, reporting and mitigation for the Queensland Reconstruction Authority for estimates in excess of $2b.
London 2012 Olympics
Cost managed over $200m of new brownfield infrastructure for the London 2012 Olympic Delivery Authority including the Central Park and Athletes Village projects.
Water and wastewater treatment plants
Cost managed $1.4b of water treatment plant infrastructure for QGC, and provided analysis, strategy and commercial management for the Quakers Hill wastewater treatment plant in NSW.
