- Drawing on our extensive experience in procurement, delivery, and commercial administration, we provide robust asset management advice for all aspects of infrastructure asset management during the entire lifecycle including design, construction, commissioning, operating, maintaining, repairing, modifying, replacing and decommissioning / disposal.

Rail
Working with the Rail Network Strategy team, our personnel organised and facilitated various workshops with a range of stakeholder groups in order to collect information, communicate options, collaborate across organisations, and reach conclusions quickly – mindful of accelerated delivery timeframes.
Procurement of Major Road Projects
During the procurement of major road projects, our team organised and facilitated multiple workshops with the evaluation advisory teams in order to communicate the procurement process, evaluation process and requirements of each stakeholder groups. This led to accelerated and focused evaluation timeframes of major tenders.
Education & Program Development
Working with a university our personnel developed an engagement strategy for the construction industry and undergraduate students. This development included multiple workshops with industry, graduates and students in order to deliver a program and contract arrangements that are acceptable for industry and benefit all parties.
