Our team have produced and implemented governance frameworks, assurance guidelines and other governance and assurance documentation on a range of high-profile projects spanning transport, disaster recovery, rail and financial transactions. We are experienced not only in organisational governance and assurance, but project and portfolio level framework implementation also.

Experience
Rail
Preparing governance and assurance documentation for Transport and Main Roads QLD’s Rail Network Strategy team, including the drafting of terms of reference documentation for key working groups, consultation with organisational stakeholders and implementation of a risk management and assurance system for major projects.
Transport
Developed, sought and gained endorsement of the governance and assurance framework and management plan for Brisbane City Council’s Brisbane Metro Project, and successfully led staged gated audits during the business case, and procurement stages of the project.
Disaster Recovery
Development of a Plant & Equipment framework, liaising with external stakeholders including IPWEA and the Commonwealth Government, in order to benchmark all disaster recovery works across the state of QLD.
Department of Transport and Main Roads
Completed a peer review of the proposed cost estimation development and assurance management plan to be employed across disaster reconstruction(s) for DTMR within the State of Queensland.
Program and Portfolio Management
Development and implementation of a suite of framework documentation for Queensland Reconstruction Authority for the management of their Program Delivery teams. Documentation included risk management, cost management and schedule management frameworks, all inclusive of governance strategy and assurance systems.
Sydney Motorways Purchase
Completed commercial, risk and assurance support to Transurban for its diligence proposal to purchase the Sydney Motorways project WestConnex in 2017.
