Investor Assessment, Evaluation and Prioritisation
The investment of private or public funds in an asset or project is an important and critical decision. This decision requires a high level of due diligence, market analysis, cost projections and portfolio level review.
In order to accurately evaluate and prioritise investment decisions, the client’s expectations, goals and risks tolerances must firstly be understood in detail.
In order to understand these objectives, investor evaluation and assessment requires high amounts of stakeholder engagement, and a robust understanding of lifecycle costs in order to undertake thorough cost benefit analysis and prioritisation assessment.
We understand that investment decisions are a critical, yet complex part of infrastructure delivery. Our team are experienced in both private and public investment assessment and evaluation, and have further experience in the prioritisation of investment decisions at a portfolio level.
- Working across major infrastructure, disaster recovery and financial projects, we have developed a deep understanding of government needs with regards to investment decisions. We are experienced in undertaking cost benefit analysis studies, and return on investment analysis, to inform Cabinet Budget Review Committee documentation, business cases, executive briefings, Board discussions and Project Control Groups.
- Investor analysis often requires a high level of discrete stakeholder engagement, inter-departmental consultation, policy review and alignment and an understanding of the broader goals, objectives and risk appetite of an organisation.
- Our team are experienced in negotiating with stakeholders (both internal and external) and collating organisational goals and objectives in order to achieve a deep understanding of investment requirements, in order for decision makers to make informed and robust decisions with minimal risk.
