James is a Chartered Engineer, who has over 19 years of experience working in infrastructure in both Australia and internationally. James has managed complex infrastructure projects and construction sites in both metropolitan and regional areas throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
James has developed and managed major programs for scope, budget, cost, program/ schedule and risk whilst acting as a stakeholder representative, advisor and project manager.
