About Owen
Owen is a commercially astute project and design manager with over 13 years’ experience in the management of complex, critical infrastructure projects. He is experienced working within client, design consulting and contractor organisations and has developed an intimate understanding of the total project lifecycle, essential to the successful delivery of Infrastructure Projects.
Owen is a Chartered and Registered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in the management and technical delivery of Infrastructure projects in Australia and the Pacific.
