Procurement Strategy Development
We provide detailed procurement strategies to cater for public sector policies as well as best practice solutions for private sector.
Our team understands the contributing factors when it comes to delivering project outcomes and managing risks. A sound procurement strategy will guide a project from early planning through to completion.
- We have experience in assessing and delivering innovative strategies in conformance with the procurement policies in place for both public and private sectors. Policies largely require projects to demonstrate value for money, fairness, and probity.
- Our team has proven track record in delivering a successful strategy that requires adequate understanding of risk allocation between parties, flexibility to develop scope to capture industry input, encouraging industry participation to generate competitive tension, adequate timing of procurement activities relative to market sensitivity and developing sound performance specifications to encourage innovation.
