- Our team has implemented program and portfolio management systems for water and wastewater facilities, rail, gas and petroleum facilities, natural disaster relief, universities, transport projects including roads and bridges and other associated infrastructure.
- Our multi-disciplinary team is capable of advising at any stage of the project lifecycle, across all contract forms. We are adept in assisting our Clients manage ever-changing governance or politically led changes to programs, and understand how to minimise effort and duplication, whilst offering sound forecasting and program led advice.
- Comprehensive planning with our Clients, understanding their objectives and key drivers, are crucial in the success of their projects and their ongoing delivery and operation.
Experience

Project Management
Our personnel led a BAC-Airservices group that managed the ‘Existing Runway 01/19 Rename Project’. This role included developing processes to manage updates to over 90 standard operating procedures, technical documents and systems.

Natural Disaster Relief
Development of a portfolio management framework for the Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA), including separate Commercial, Schedule and Risk Frameworks. Establishment, baseline and portfolio managed in excess of $2b of reconstruction programs delivered throughout the State of Queensland by local governments, state agencies and not-for-profit organisations.

Transport
Lead the Fiji Delivery Authority for its bridge and road upgrade portfolio packages for structural upgrade projects spanning varying islands, acting as lead contracts administrator for individual projects up to to $50m, and a portfolio in excess of $400m. In QLD, Working with Transport and Main Roads, QLD to analyse upcoming portfolios of rail projects in order to forecast demand to market, program scheduling constraints and options engineering solutions.

Oil and Gas
Program management of the trunk water, gathering, treatment distribution and evaporation technology scopes for QGC for projects totalling in excess of $3b.
