Preparing first principle cost estimates, and following, program commercial cost progress reviews an independent evaluations for airports and supporting infrastructure, including Brisbane, Coolangatta, Wellcamp, Western Sydney and Heathrow Airports.
Major Road Projects
Supporting Brisbane City Council to deliver the Legacy Way tunnel, Kingsford Smith Drive Upgrade, Inner City Bypass Upgrade and Telegraph Road Upgrade projects. Our team offered contract management, constructability review of design, cost management, risk and schedule management and quality management services. We also offered support services for managed control of the design review process and project information.
Water and waste water treatment plants
Our personnel assisted QGC in the design, planning and approvals for construction of a major water treatment plant in QLD. This role also included commercial and cost management, risk management and stakeholder management and interface on behalf of the project. Financial reporting and WH&S reporting were also included in this engagement.
Oil and Gas
Project management of the trunk water, gathering, treatment distribution and evaporation technology scopes for QGC for projects totalling in excess of $3b.
Natural Disaster Relief
Personnel from our team worked as senior project managers and lead design engineer for the delivery and certification of NDRRA’s 18A Event Floodways’ project. This role included options analysis, detailed design, project management of an interdisciplinary team, undertaking complex hydraulic modelling and significant design assessment works.
Our team have assisted Queensland Rail with Project management for the replacement of Open Level Crossings and designing rail bridge alignment options. These works included the coordination of work permits and rail access (track possession), station upgrade works, asset capitalisation exercises and project close out activities.
