Project schedules can be complex or simple, and have many drivers and predecessors which need to be considered in order for them to achieve their objectives.
Our team have extensive experience creating and managing schedules across a broad range of industries and sectors.
- We are experienced across a range of scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and are able to interrogate project programs and run detailed program analysis. This detailed analysis of project scheduling is a critical project management tool and assists to keep projects on track, or analyse claims for real impact, assisting clients to manage project costs effectively.
- We use innovative solutions to accelerate project programs and identify areas for parallel work streams and opportunities within the program.
Experience
Rail
Our team assisted Brisbane City Council and Queensland Rail in condensing the delivery program of 2 significant open level crossing replacement projects, saving a combined $13M across both projects.
Transport
We have undertaken detailed scheduling analysis for a range of clients, including Brisbane City Council and Transport and Main Roads, QLD to assess program impacts for metro systems, road upgrade projects, tunnels and marine works.
Airports
During the construction of Heathrow Terminal 5, our team developed the program of works for the mechanical and electrical installation works.
Mining
Our team assisted BMA to manage the schedule for their Blackwater CHPP Project. Undertaking project delivery services that also included commercial and cost management, design management and stakeholder management.
Water
During procurement, our team assisted QGC to manage risks for the Kenya Water Treatment Plant. This risk management applied to procurement using a dECI process, and was followed by risk management during design and construction, including financial reporting.
Mining
Our team assisted Wesfarmers to deliver the project schedule for the Curragh North Materials Handling Project, which included the construction of the longest conveyor in the Southern Hemisphere (at time of construction).
