Steven is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering design and construction of civil infrastructure projects across roads, rail, water, subdivisions, and buildings in both urban and remote environments. As a Project Director he has been accountable for the delivery of projects in excess of $100M with key management roles on projects to $1.95B, and as a Technical Director he has held Portfolio Management responsibility of $2.0B+ annually.

Steven has advanced financial management skills including commercial, contracts, pre-contracts, forecasting and budgeting at project and portfolio levels and a high-level of technical ability to successfully plan, manage and deliver complex and multidisciplinary projects.
